Note: the Green Line will be closed from the Gaslamp Quarter Station (5th Avenue) and 12th & Imperial. Please exit the trolley at the Gaslamp Quarter Station for easiest access to Petco Park.
Petco Park will prohibit bags with the exception for single compartment clear plastic bags not exceeding 12” X 6” X 12” and infant and medical bags, as well as clutches and purses no larger than 5” X 7”.

We ask that no outside food or beverage be brought into the festival, including factory sealed and reusable water bottles.
Point and shoot cameras are permitted provided they are non-professional, intended for personal use and have a non-detachable lens less than three inches in length. No video cameras are permitted. No flashes are permitted at any time.
We want to ensure that your time at Petco Park is comfortable and safe. Please read over our list to be sure to have a great time at Wild Horses. GoPros (no selfie sticks due to viewing) also heavily encouraged!

Lost items may be turned into the Guest Service Center located at sections 108.
All lost items will be logged and held for thirty (30) days. Items not claimed after thirty (30) days will be disposed of or donated to charity. If you are in need of assistance in retrieving lost items during non-game hours, please fill out the lost inquiry form online at padres.com/lostandfound.
Guests who have a claim number for their lost item can pick up their item at any time at our 24/7 Ballpark Security office, located across the Omni Hotel on Tony Gwynn Drive.
Tickets were released December 16th.
Check the email containing your tickets for a link with your web-based ticket. This ticket can be printed as a PDF or added to your Apple/Android wallet for mobile use.

THE QR CODE IS YOUR TICKET TO ENTER THE VENUE
You will use one QR code to enter the venue for your entire order.
If your group is arriving separately, please notify the ticket scanner when they scan your QR code and share the QR code with the rest of your group.
Wristbands were mailed to purchasers who bought tickets before December 3.
If you did not receive a wristband, please visit the box office as early as possible to pick one up before entering the venue. The box office opens at 12 PM.

Yes! Wristbands do not replace your ticket, so please keep both with you.
Your ticket will get you entrance into the stadium, and your wristband will get you VIP Pit access.

Nope, we do not match tickets with and ID’s. Although please be aware of scammers and fake third party ticket vendors when buying re-sell tickets.
Sorry. Tickets are good for one entry to the fest per day. No re-entry.
There will be designated smoking corrals located and marked on site. Please be mindful and smoke only in the designated areas!
Yes. First aid stations will be clearly indicated on site and marked on the festival map.
Prescribed medication (in container with matching ID to be checked at entry and only containing the number of doses needed for duration of event as prescribed on the pill container.)
YES. Petco Park is ADA compliant and our goal is to ensure that everyone who attends has a great experience.
We have several ADA entrances and viewing locations for fans to enjoy their time at Petco Park.
